Erections are a funny thing. Many of us think of them as complicated, and sometimes they are a mystery to some of us. How do they occur, why is it harder for some men to achieve them? Why is it that when you have high cholesterol and other problems with the heart, many times men have a hard time achieving greater erections in general? It seems that most of us don’t actually know what the answer to this is.
But one of the major reasons that natural male enhancement products like ExtenZe often address is poor blood circulation. This would explain why something such as heart disease would affect it. When blood is not properly pumping through the heart, it is likely to also have trouble pumping through the extremities. One of the major components of an erection is blood flow. So without it, you are dead in the water so to speak.
This being said, blood flow is not the only contributor, and sometimes natural products like ExtenZe use other ingredients and sometimes they don’t. In the case of ExtenZe, they use a surprisingly comprehensive blend of ingredients that we would not have expected in most cases. The problem is that while for example caffeine is one of the easiest ways to improve a natural erection, they don’t actually bother using enough.
This being said, obviously enough, there is no way that ExtenZe and unfortunately many other natural male enhancement products will actually work. This being said, I would recommend checking out a different product. There is a product called Orexis. Like Extenze, Orexis has quite a comprehensive blend of ingredients. But unlike ExtenZe, it has a full blend, and it has the right amounts. So Orexis could actually work.

If you’re really looking to get on a weight-loss program, I mean one to lose weight. Then it’s a good idea to find out what are the things that trigger you to start overeating. How about the STB combo: stressed, tired or bored. If any of these are a reason to eat that’s probably the reason you’re heading for the refrigerator right now, and were out the door going to the fast food store.
If you just relax for a moment and think back at the times when you were triggered to go do something to eat more when you really didn’t want it. What was the cause of moving you to that place where you’re going to be eating at a time that isn’t really part of your plan. And if it’s one of the three; stress tired or bored then perhaps you can start doing something about it. Keep in mind the next time you got something in your hand and is going toward your mouth, is this part of my plan or is it one of the STB’s. Precision it may become automatic and will be able to stop the thing before it even gets in the hand.

For most dieting systems there’s really nothing new or groundbreaking about most of them. Sure we see the next type of magic potion which has been found, or some other secret that’s only available at this price. But what dieting and weight loss is all about is a personal thing. We have to find our own hot buttons to make this stick with it. We have to find the things that motivate us to stay on the diet.
If there’s a certain type of food you enjoy. Just like a certain type of exercise program. Do not be the thing I would want to choose. If I hated football, but someone told me that if I would go play an hour of hard football every day I would lose weight or become the super athlete or whatever it is I wanted to be, would I be willing to do that? The answer is no. I’ve got to find the thing I like, and if it has to do with exercise maybe that’s just walking or doing yoga.
It has to be something fitted to my nature not just something that I read a book and say that’s going to work. Food has to be the same way, a diet has to be the thing I enjoy.

I had to catch a flight this afternoon from the local airport, it’s a smaller airport so you don’t have the problems of security awaiting a lot of lines but one of the things that I still have a problem with is when I take a lot of baggage. Sure I know the airlines are trying to discourage that, by charging us for all these bags, but I still need to take enough bags to carry everything that has to go with me. So carrying this extra baggage is not comfortable.
It’s like being overweight and carrying extra baggage. It’s not comfortable! Now if I was to really look at the things I’m taking with me on these trips, do I really needed all the stuff. In answer is probably no I don’t. I’m sure over weight people could ask the same questions, you are really need all this extra weight. What would it be like to travel through life without so many bags under my arms? Or maybe I should say hanging over my belt or filling my shoes. Extra weight is not something that most of its value, so I would go for the good stuff, and let go of the stuff that may not have that much value. What do you think!

There’s a new study that just came out a little while ago that says losing weight may be really good for the kidney function in obese people. More than a third of US adults are either overweight or obese. So losing weight can improve a number of health problems. It can improve illnesses such as diabetes, cholesterol levels, low blood pressure, and can even reduce some of the effects of heart disease.
This study that found kidneys benefited from losing weight is just the probably the tip of the iceberg when it comes to realizing that a healthy body that is not overtaxing its systems has a far better chance of working normally. The kidneys are filtration system, and clean many things out of the body. If the body is too large and the kidneys have to work harder to do their job then they become overworked.. Reducing the size of the job of the kidneys will extend the life of the kidney.
This goes hand-in-hand with extending our own healthy living, and length of life. A weight-loss program is an all-inclusive program, it helps us look better, it helps us feel better and it also allows us to live longer.

It was 90 degrees last week and the humidity made it feel like one hundred and five. It was a sticky hot, a lot different from then dry heat that you get on the desert or in places where there is a breeze blowing. Our comfort level comes from many different inputs. It could be temperature, humidity, moving air or stillness, wet or dry, loud or quiet, and I suppose the list could go on and on. When I am feeling one of the ones I don’t want then what do I do?
If I complain, it never seems to make it any better; in fact it seems to make it worse. When I change my location to another place it usually helps, or when I just change my mind to another place it does the same thing. When I am having a hard day with my ideas abut my weight, I can’t really go to another place and have it work, but I can change my mind and think something else and it works. The answer to most of my problems at least in the short term is as close as just changing my mind.

Except for the idea that I can’t lose weight, what is really stopping me? Any obstacle I find in front of me I have the choice to either stop and be stuck or I can walk around it. Sure, some things may take a little time to get around, but I am the only one who can tell me that I can’t get around it. So what are the walls that are in front of me? What are the things I think that are stopping me from losing weight and being the trim slim human machine I want to be?
We each have our own list, and it is probably as different as there are different people, but all I have to know is my list. Can I stop and look at my reason why I believe I can’t lose weight. Can I see a way to change my mind? Can I be willing to see the situation another way, a way that says it is possible, in fact a way that says it is a going to happen? Our mind is a very powerful tool in our set of instruments we use to live our life. If it is out of control and making us do things we don’t want to do, then we must get it back in line. Get it functioning in a way that brings us what we want, not what we can’t have. Look at it, look at the things we are thinking and change those things that are not working.

The weight loss desire in most of us can go unanswered if we aren’t willing to search out a few new ideas. If we just stay in the old ideas, nothing will change. Bring in one or two different new ways to eat or exercise or just to thinking differently can be the catalyst that puts us into the driver’s seat of weight loss. For example, here are a few you may what to consider. The shorter the ingredient list for a dinner menu the better it will be.
Especially if it is live food, I mean healthy green stuff. Don’t eat too fast or on the run. It is a fact that eating slower results in eating less. When we are hurrying and on the run and throwing the food into our mouth like its going out of style, we will throw much more in than when we are slowly relaxing and enjoying it. We can use smaller plates and arrange the food artistically instead of seeing how much will fit on the plate. Take time to savor the food, take time to make the food too. Becoming friends with food will help if we are just not focused on eating it, but we can smell it, look at it, taste it, prepare it and serve it. Food doesn’t have to be a villain; in fact it shouldn’t be one. Love it and it will love you.

The reason I am not making progress toward my goal is because I am not looking at it clearly enough and often enough. If you want to try an experiment, think of something you want to do but you haven’t done yet. Something you really want to do but for whatever reason you are not able to remember to do it. Now for this experiment keep it simple so it can work the easier the first time, because if it works once it can work again and you can use it on the harder ones next. So, for an example say I want to exercise in the morning.
First you need to be able to remember what it is and you need to see it clearly. So write it down and post the note on your bathroom mirror. You’ll see it first thing in the morning.
Then see it clearly, all that means is that you don’t see anything else when you are looking at it. Just look at what you have written. If you really what to do it, when you are really seeing it you will do it. Try it in the morning, and if it is a true desire you will go for a walk or work out. If it isn’t you know to look for the next thing you want to do because you really don’t want to do that. A note about losing weigh may be the next thing you try on the mirror and see what the mirror mirror on the wall says.
